Customer Returns Policy
The customer may Return the product by providing valid reason and showing defects in the bag.
Return can be made within up to and including a maximum of 14 days from the date that the final customer, excluding any middle or third parties, receives the goods.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will return to you all of the payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs.
These amounts will be repaid immediately to you within seven days from the date on which the return product is received by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise (in such a case, you will be charged a fee for this repayment).
In the event of cancellation of an order, you bear the full cost of the return of goods.
